VaSh is more than a kitchen—it’s a living tribute to the Konkan and Karavali coast, and the soulful cuisines of Maharashtra, Goa, and Mangalore. It’s rooted in the land my grandparents once called home.
Over six decades ago, they journeyed from Mangalore to Mumbai, and finally to Goa, where they built Ganesh Bhavan and Krishna Bhavan—humble restaurants that became beloved institutions.
What began as their dream is growing into a legacy of authentic flavors, warm hospitality, and coastal pride.
VaSh now carries that legacy forward—honoring their passion while reimagining these timeless recipes for a new generation of food lovers.
